I was thinking of starting seminars with educators in my market (Washington, DC). Jennifer, how did the Executives in your office organize the seminars and get discussions going? Melissa, I am really interested in hearing about your art show idea as well.

Just joined the group and look forward to presenting the Homeworks Program to teachers in our marketplace to help them achieve home ownership.

I really want our Realty Executives members to share their successes about how they are getting in front of teachers. Melissa, thanks for the idea. Can you let people know more details about how to put this together? Also, any other people who have been able to get teacher meetings at schools or through their districts would be helpful.

Last spring I hosted an Educators Art Show at my office. The artwork was great and we had a very nice turnout. It was a great way to network and market my services. I am planning on hosting a Holiday Art Show with educators' artwork again. If anyone else has done something similar and has some ideas, I would love to hear them.

I have three Executives that are using this program doing seminars at schools this week. This is a great time for teachers who are looking to get into their first homes.
