Attention all teachers wanting to purchase a home:

Today I went to the A + teachers workshop for Realtors, and let me tell you...it was exciting. I learned about some very awesome programs to help teachers get into homes. Whether you are a first time home buyer, or thinking of investing, there are programs that will work for you! I have been a full time buyers agent along with my husband Joe for quite some time, and before that I was in education. I know first hand that teachers are unsung heroes that DESERVE the best. Joe and I give great service to our teaching community and are very sensitive to teacher's needs....so are these new programs and them people behind them.
We have the backing of CFS Mortgage, Fidelity National Title, and other well known industry leaders who would love to team up with you and myself to find you just the right home. Please make all teachers, and teacher support aware, that there are programs and people who truly want to help them purchase a property. We teach you the buying process step by step so you feel comfortable and confident that you are in a successful buying position.
I am so happy to be a Realtor who can really offer help to a very deserving part of society...teachers. Joe and I are still teachers...we teach for our Brokerage, but most of all we understand that people need to understand the process from day one until the day you get the keys to your new home.

I am a retired teacher from the Glendale Union High School District and a Foreclosure, short sale, REO specialist and love working with first time home buyers. Great time to buy in the Phoenix area
