Teacher A+
This workshop is for Realtors. It is designed to give them the tools, ideas and support to become part of their teacher community.
We will outline strategies to find and help...
I've lived in the Phoenix area for 18+ years. I graduated from ASU with a Masters in Social Work. I spent 15 years working/teaching Arizona At Risk Teens how to become productive citizens. Started a Real Estate Practice in 2001 and absolutely love it. I still teach and counsel on a daily basis. It is funny, the majority of my work day is spent counseling and educating my clients, from first time home buyers to savvy investors. This has to be my favorite part of my job. The Real Estate/Mortgage Industry is always changing and quite dynamic right now. Educating and Counseling my clients so they can make informed decisions is not just my responsibility, it is my obligation.
Brent,
Your background could be a really good resource for this website. I think teachers looking to buy homes will be very interested in your insights. Make sure to get some content on the website in regards to your specialty so they can find you.
You have any listings you want to post on the website?
Thanks,
Brad
I could sure use some help on that Brent....
Would ya, could ya, help me?
I am interested in listing/selling Short's and/or foreclosures and am ambitious!
Thanks kindly..
Deb
I have found short sales to be very trying here in Pinal County anyways. I have one listed and one I am trying to avoid. Sad I know, but in my experience they don't even call the realtor back when you submitt the offer and then some make you wait until they get several offers in, which could take months. Do you have increadible patience or know a way around it? :)
