About Me:

I have been a real estate agent in the Phoenix metro area for approximately 8 years. As of late I have been specializing in Short Sales. Before pursuing the Short Sale activity I attended an online university and became certified as a Short Sale Specialist. I have since become a Co-Author, "Should I Short Sale My Home?"
Along with being a full time Real Estate Agent another service I am actively participating in is being a Home Retention Counselor. I contract from a third party company to meet with home owners to see if there are options for families to do a workout modification and possibly stop foreclosure on their homes.
My prior experiences include having been a Programmer Analysis and Consultant within the marketing systems for various financial institutions in the New England area. I have a degree in Computer Science.
