I am a graduate of ASU and have lived in the Valley for ten years now. Like most others, I have watched as the circled widened and our community boomed. This essentially is what led me to the mortgage industry.

HI, Katie! Our program is probably not too different from yours, in that there are specific loans that are available to teachers, or loans that fit that economic profile for buyers. Homeworks was designed by me and my lender, Desert Heritage Mortgage. Vicki Johnson is the person there who is the most knowledgable about all of the details. Also, I am trying to set up a meeting with Phillip Lechter. He and I have crossed calls and plan on see what synergies there are between the programs.
