Job Title:
Loan Processing Manager
About Me:
I have been with Community First Financial now for over a year and have been in the residential mortgage business for nearly 8 years. My main task is to manage our pipeline of loans for our team of loan officers, from the point of origination through the closing process.

As an Arizona native, I have seen our real estate market go through many changes and it still continues to thrive. Our Teacher A+ Loan Program is ideal for those who wish to purchase a home. We have all of the tools that are necessary in order to educate our clients during the home buying process.

I feel very proud to provide a service to our teachers and our community. We strive to promote financial literacy to all of our clients, especially our teachers. What better way to teach financial literacy to our children, than by example?

Please call me anytime if you have any questions. I look forward to working with you.

Hi Kristen! I would imagine that my Homeworks PRogram is not too different from what is available through your company, but I am going to explore that soon with Phillip Lechter, I hope. We are trying to arrange a meeting.
