Michelle attended the University at Buffalo to obtain her BA in Psychology and Health and Human Services. After 10 years working with Families and Mentally Ill individuals, a career change was in order. Keeping true to wanting to continue to help people, After being relocating to Oregon and back for Michelle's husbands job, Real Estate was the next step.

I am interested in the short sale company you mentioned that does negotiations. What is their fees? How much of the process do they take over for you to get your listing closed?
