Find a school district

There are a lot of ways to identify schools in your area. One of the best is simply by car. For those of us that have kids we know our schools and districts really well. Below are couple of links that provide additional information on schools through out Arizona.

Hi Nathan,

Thank you for contacting me. My office is out of Joplin, Missouri. The school districts that I mostly work would be Joplin, Webb City, Seneca, Carthage, Neosho, and Diamond.

I especially like the elementary schools where I help out in sponsored days for pizza parties.

I enjoy sponsorship in sports for the junior and senior high students.

As a Relocation Specialist for this area I welcome anyone who is interested in finding out more about the area and the schools be public or private.

I look forward to working with you on any transactions sent my way.

Hi Nathan, Thanks for your email. Deer Valley Unified School District is best for me. My company is based in Anthem. We are supporters of all the schools in Anthem especially with newsletters, football, baseball, and basketball. Have a great day, looking forward to seeing leads. That would be so refreshing :)

Thank you for your input and the info regarding the loan program for teachers. I primarily work in the North West Valley area which includes parts of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, El Mirage, Tolleson, Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Surprise, and the Sun Cities. Regardless of the area, I would be happy to talk with anyone who feels the combination of my real estate and banking backgrounds could be useful.

Nathan,
Thank you for this opportunity. I am in the Pendergast District but am not really a huge fan. Do you have anything in the Litchfield Park area that you could get me in touch with. I drive my children 20 minutes away from my home just for them to go to school in the A+ district. Let me know your thoughts on this. BTW great site!

Hi Nathan,

As a "retired" high school and community college instructor and currently an Arizona Department of Real Estate approved instructor, currently teaching classes, I can certainly relate to the needs and wants of teachers when it comes to finding the "right" home or selling the one which they currently own. I live and work in North Scottsdale and am familiar with the school districts, north and south of the 101-DC Ranch, McDowell Mountain Ranch, GrayHawk, etc. Also the Cave Creek and Carefree areas. I would be happy to help any teachers in those areas as well as McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale Ranch, Gainey Ranch, etc.

I look forward to working with you.

Regards,
Jean Strong

Thank you Nathan. I work mostly in Deer Valley Unified School District. Lately I seem to be in Peoria School District selling foreclosures. I'll be glad, as will everyone, to see them all sold and gone.

I'm sure you have access to the 203(k) but have you heard of the new Energy Loan out there? I know Wells Fargo and Countrywide have the product as I spoke with them at the EcoBroker convention I attended in July in Denver. This is such an exciting way to sell houses and make them better houses too. Thanks for your comment.
