Do we have new pamphlets now that a lot of the loan programs mentioned in the Homeworks Booklet do not exist anymore? Our office has set up a program with local vendors to help save on closing costs for our teachers but, a lot of the mortgage programs advertised in those pamphlets do not exist. 99% of the time my teachers go FHA for their financing.
