What is a "Short Sale" and Do I Have One?

A lot of Potential Sellers are unsure what a Short Sale is. Well, basically it is when you owe more for your home than you can sell it for. Now, if you do not have to sell, then I would suggest that you stay put until the market goes back up. which maybe a few years. Some people have been on the fence as if they should buy a home now or wait a little longer. When you take everything into consideration, it really does make sense to buy now and not wait.
